Service was great- food really good. Large portions. Had the cheese tray to start and it was amazing. I had the pasta with crabmeat - nice. Nice sunset view and pleasant atmosphere.

It is not a Buffett any longer and it is so much more. Definitely a high end dinning choice in Ocean City worth trying. We had a filet, a bread course and my wife had risotto and vegetables which all were very good. It is on the 3rd floor of the building but there is an elevator if you need it. Service was good and we will definitely be back again soon and you should try it you will not be disappointed

What a stunning dining experience we just had at Embers. Great food, great service (by Anna) and an exceptional atmosphere. If you are looking for something other than the bar/pub food experience in OC/Lower DE Beach area, Embers is a must visit. Two days later and I am still blown away by the exceptional food experience and the atmosphere. They may have the best sunset view in the area.

We have been here several times now. I think we have found one of our favorite places to go in OC. The views are amazing from the 3rd floor, drinks are on point and the food is great! My only suggestion would be to change the name to the restaurant. Each time we come, groups come in looking for the buffet.

I celebrated my 35th birthday at Embers Restaurant in Ocean City, Maryland, and it was an unforgettable experience. The revamped rooftop setting offered breathtaking bay views that added a touch of magic to our celebration. The Chesapeake Roulade was a standout dish. The jumbo lump crab-stuffed chicken breast paired perfectly with the roasted corn and sweet potato hash, all topped with a luscious sherry bechamel. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the combination of textures was outstanding. We also enjoyed the Bianca pizza, featuring bechamel, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, roasted garlic, and caramelized shallots. The thin, crispy crust was the perfect canvas for the mouthwatering toppings, and the flavors blended harmoniously. We customized another pizza with classic toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions, which added an extra layer of taste. The Wellington showcased the chef's expertise, with beef filet medallions, diced prosciutto, wild mushroom duxelles, and whole grain mustard bechamel. The tender beef, enhanced by the prosciutto and mushroom duxelles, was a culinary triumph. My mom ordered the Veal Osso Buco, which impressed us with its coffee-rubbed slow-braised veal, fried garlic, and black truffle polenta cake. The braised greens and veal demi-glace completed the dish with freshness and richness. Embers' charcuterie boards were a perfect choice for sharing. The thoughtfully arranged cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits, and bread/crackers provided a delightful variety of flavors and textures. The service was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made our birthday celebration seamless and enjoyable. Embers Restaurant in Ocean City is a hidden gem, offering stunning bay views and exceptional culinary experiences. The Chesapeake Roulade, Bianca pizza, The Wellington, Veal Osso Buco, and charcuterie boards were all culinary triumphs. I highly recommend Embers for a memorable dining experience.
